I started running a year ago to continue losing weight after reaching a plateau. Through many mistakes due to ignorance how to do it at the right pace with the right size shoes, etc. I've recently recovered from my second different tendonopathy in my leg and have learned how to do it right. I would like to run a mini or full marathon this year.
