This is my first day and I am happy to report I stayed under the goal number! I think the act of just monitoring my food and activity levels will help me finally get going in the right direction.

  • hang in there...I took a little break because I felt I had control only to learn I didn't...When i was tracking daily, eating under, working out and using motivation from myfitnesspal members, I was seeing results.....stay with it regardless of the bad and good days....hang in there and even when you don't see results know that results are there.
