Yoga

Good morning. I am a woman, 45. Need to lose another 10 lb, 11 already gone. But mostly the goal is to tone up, get healthy and look good :) I started going to gym couple month ago. Have a personal trainer. I can make to the gym twice a week. I am thinking that I can add something during my lunch hour. I work in midtown Manhattan, NYC. And I am thinking yoga. What do you, guys, think? Is it good exercise, is it really this good? And if somebody is from NYC and knows good studio worth checking (midtown only) please share. Thanks in advance.
