increasing my calorie intake....progress!!!

It's been exactly 3 weeks since I upped my daily calories by about 220 cals..from 1200-1420. I continued to workout, I missed a few days. I ate some of my exercise cals back, I over ate on a few days. My macros were not on point. I swear I'm hungrier and it's a struggle to not eat too much. I've only gained about 2 pounds (I'm not fretting). So I will keep this up; try to get those macros and see how it goes.

    Yeah try to keep the exercise, calories and macros in check for 2 more weeks and see what happens
