Starting Again After Holiday

I have been on an all inclusive holiday and have gained quite a bit of weight over the summer.
I am constantly feeling hungry now I am back.
What is the best way to get back into a healthy eating and exercise routine?

    Honestly the best way is to just get started and stay there, if you are hungry all the time it is probably ok to raise your calories some and you will still lose weight, but its never easy to get started after a long break, you just have to stick with it.
