I love this thing. It's an Instant Pot. Got it from Amazon. Only used once but it's going to get a workout I can tell. Very easy to use and seems very safe. It won't open if the steam has not been released.

I'm looking for some good recipes as the cookbook that came with it only has 10 recipes and none appeal to DH and I.

Anyone have a favorite they would like to share? :flowerforyou:
