Snack Ideas Please!

Hello- I am looking for snack ideas- filling and minimally processed, low in fat and sugar, something I can grab on the go- anyone? Thanks! :)

    I'm not sure how low in sugar you want so I'll just throw what I do in:

    PRODUCE: Berries, apples, bananas, watermelon, celery, carrots, peppers, broccoli, cauliflower.

    DAIRY: Reduced fat cheese sticks, yogurt, mini baby bel cheeses, cottage cheese.

    MEAT: Jerky, tuna packs, low sodium deli turkey.

    SNACKS: Almonds, make some homemade protein bars to last the week, get a shaker cup and mix 1/2 c pumpkin with 1 vanilla greek yogurt and 1 c skim milk and a dash of pumpkin pie spice and shake it up and drink it, soy nuts, sunflower seeds, popcorn.
