Weight not budging. Should I make some tweaks?

I'm trying to stay motivated and I've only been doing this religiously for a couple of weeks but my weight is not budging. Eating 1200 calories and not eating back my exercise burned calories. Moving a lot more. My tracking is very precise the last two weeks and my diary is open. Looking for some MFP collective wisdom. Should I tweak something or just be more patient? I'm 43, 5' 6", 167 lbs. and my goal weight is 140 lbs. Thanks for any tips!

    I go at least 4 weeks before I change things, and only change one thing at a time, so it's easier to tell what changes help. That said, my longest stretch without the scale moving was 6 weeks, so I wouldn't get too worried yet.

    Just remember that the lifestyle changes that you have made are far more important than what the scale says. Even if you aren't losing weight, your body is definitely becoming healthier every day.
