Hello everyone.
I just started that long trek from overweight and out of shape back to not overweight and at the very least, stronger heart and lungs. I know it took a while to get here and it will take a while to get back, but I am determined to do everything that I can in spite of some joint issues that are rearing their ugly painful heads.

Low impact cardio and a slower then I would like start in muscle building are in my immediate future. Hoorah!
