Im a dog walker and spend a good part of the day walking dogs 7 dogs most of the are 30 minutes long.
but i dont eat or drink alot. ill have breakfast for 9am go to work for 10 then ill have lunch anytime from 2-3pm then dinner is at 6-7pm
could my eating at odd times and not drinking barley anything be stopping me losing weight as im always on the go.

Do you weigh/measure/log everything accurately? You are probably eating more than you think.0 -
its not the times you eat that matters it how much you eat.
do you weigh all food and measure all fluids? if not this is probably where the problem lies and you are taking in more calories than you think.
also, drinking is important, you really need to drink !0
