T-25 Calorie question

Hi all
I've searched and I haven't found this question/answer so I apologize if I'm duplicating...I'm hoping to start T-25 next week. I've gone through the materials and did the little assessment. It tells me I should consume 1600 calories. Using MFP-and if I record my T-25 work out using my heart rate monitor for calories burned, do I eat those calories back or just eat the strict 1600 calories? Does that 1600 calorie configuration include the T-25 workout?

To me the calorie amounts they say to eat in T25 are rather low. Especially going from Alpha to Beta round. I say go with what MFP has you eating to lose weight then eat back 80% of your calories burned. That's what I do, and it seems to work for me. I say this, because according to my HRM I burn quite a bit, and I'm pretty muscular, so the amount they recommend would be to low for me.

But to answer your question, they aren't telling you to eat back workout calories, just eat the 1600 they put you at. Of course, if you are doing any other exercise other then T25, you definitely want to track those calories burned and eat them back.
