So I just ate speghetti and I measured my noodles (after they were cooked) and when I checked the box it said 2oz = 210 calories and there is 8 servings in the box. Now I am assuming this is before they are cooked but I can not figure out how to determine calories for the cooked noodles.. Any help would be great! :) Thanks

No it's 2 oz after being cooked. Pasta servings are REALLY small and high in calories. So if you don't have a kitchen scale you should get one because it comes in handy a lot! :-)

My bag of egg noodles and box of fettuccine noodles say before they are cooked. If you weighed before you cooked the noodles you can take the combined cooked weight divide by how many portions you cooked.

If you didn't add anything to the water when boiling then the calorie count should not change.

2 oz. before it is cooked equals 1 cup after it is cooked. I just researched this yesterday. The nutritional information if for the dry pasta (2 oz.) before being cooked. I am positive on this! Don't bother measuring until it is cooked and ready to go unless you are making a single serving.

As far as I know it's after the noodles are cooked. Hope this helps.

I do have a kitchen scale, I took 6oz of cooked noodles, there is NO way that is over 600 calories. I believe its 2oz of dry noodles.

It's not 600 calories, 2 oz is a dry measurement.
