Hello everyone :) I am starting out (again) trying to not only get rid of the extra weight I am carrying but just start to become healthy. I usually do really well for about two weeks and then I just stop, so I am hoping that tracking my food and exercise will help keep me motivated :)

    Try joining some of the challenges people have posted as well, they help keep me motivated.
