October's Get Wet Challenge!

The rules are simple... You must get wet. Whether that is swimming in a pool, or in a lake, doing aquacise, even scuba diving, surfing, or wind surfing. It doesn't matter as long as you get wet. 
I think, having out done myself, last month I'm upping this month's target!
So who wants to join me:
I will get wet for 15 hrs in October.

Wouldn't it make more sense to institute a challenge like this in the warmer weather season when more of us have access to places to swim? All the community pools and such around where I live close for the year at the end of August.0

Just because that's the case there doesn't mean it's the case everywhere.
Here (in the uk) our pools are open all year round.
But I look forward to you joining us in your warmer months.
It seems like ages since I was last in the pool (Sunday). I made the decision to rest and overcome my sore throat. Had a late night at work tonight so missed the aquacise class I normally do, but the plans are to get back into it tomorrow.0 -

There's an open water swim I want to do and the recommendation is that you be able to swim a mile comfortably in 40 minutes. I am so totally not there yet, and have a LOOONNNGG way to go!0

Now that would be impressive. Looking at my water activities, I haven't done much swimming - I really must get back into it when school starts again. This week I'm on holiday and am planning on going to lots of aqua classes.0
