My new favorite food database

Some, or maybe most of you know about this already, so sorry if this is repeat information. But I, personally, just discovered it and it is my new favorite tool for building my daily menu.

Skip the Pie: http://skipthepie.org/

This is the most detailed food database I've seen to date. You can adjust your amounts and it will give you a very thorough nutritional breakdown, and at the bottom there is a section on what kind of diet a food would be good on. For example, would it be a good food for a low-fat/high-fiber diet, a low carb diet....etc.. which is helpful for me since I am low-carbing it.

If there is a better one out there, please let me know, but I thought this could be useful since we are all concerned about what we are putting into our bodies, regardless of what kind of diet we've chosen to follow.

Thanks for sharing! I'll definitely check it out. One of the only things I kind of dislike about MFP is the lack of a nutritional breakdown. (I still think it's pretty great, other than just that one thing.) I know you can look up individual totals under the reports feature, but... it's a total PITB to do that every day. So, I've just been kind of taking a vitamin and hoping for the best. If you know of any way I can get a quick nutritional info report on this site, though, please let me know. I'm pretty lazy, so I'd welcome finding out I didn't have to go to a different site for that.
