Here again!

Hey everyone! I tried MFP on my phone for a little while back in August and then switched over to a different app. Well, that app wasn't nearly as easy to enter food in and instead of switching back to MFP, I stopped trying all together. Well, I'm back again and hopefully for good! I decided I have to do this for me and my 3 year old daughter. I want to have more energy to keep up with her energy! I haven't done any real exercise ever in my life because it was always too boring but after some research, I invested in a recumbent exercise bike. My goal was to exercise on it 5 times a week, but so far I'm loving it and have used it every day since I got it (last Tuesday)! I even found myself thinking about it while I was at work today....I just couldn't wait to come home to use it! I have a long way to go (100+ to lose), but I'm committed to sticking with it this time. I'm looking forward to making some friends for encouragement along the way!
