Am I not eating enough??

I always thought i ate too much n my snacking and munching throughout the day would push me over my calorie limits but since iv been tracking my calories it turns out i havent even been eating enough!! What are some meals with more healthy carbs and calories or some snacks that will help me stay healthy and eating enough?? Or what are some eating habits I can use to make sure im eating enough during the day but still keep me healthy and slim??
