Increase iron and b12 levels

I'm looking for some creative ideas on how to increase my iron and B12 levels without supplements!

    Take vitamin C with iron containing foods, ex. kale and orange together. Vitamin C increases iron absorption.
    B12 can be obtained by consuming animal products, specially organ meats.

    Oysters, Dried apricots, garbonzo beans, shreddies, ground beef with tomatoe sauce, bananas, cocoa powder, blackstrap mollases, guinness. And good old shreddies.
