Take vitamin C with iron containing foods, ex. kale and orange together. Vitamin C increases iron absorption.
B12 can be obtained by consuming animal products, specially organ meats.0 -
Oysters, Dried apricots, garbonzo beans, shreddies, ground beef with tomatoe sauce, bananas, cocoa powder, blackstrap mollases, guinness. And good old shreddies.0
