Mine was diagnosed as BPPV, benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, which took a while to get over. I've learned that dehydration and lack of sleep can trigger mine. I also love the Epley Maneuver, great to reducing the dizziness feeling and nausea.0

Last time being dizzy (esp. in warm rooms or the shower) was my main pregnancy symptom - I wasn't particularly nauseated and I was eating/drinking plenty. Have you ruled that out?0

This could be a iron issue. Iron is what helps transport the oxygen in your blood, and if you don't have enough oxygen getting to your brain you end up feeling light headed and dizzy.0

I can't get into your diary, but lack of protein can bring that on, along with not drinking enough water. I don't know what altitude you live at but here in the Rockies if your body gets low on fluids, dizzy ness along with headaches are common.0
