Calories in chicken breast

Silly question but I'm a bit thrown off because I haven't really done much cooking in the past. I know know 4 oz is a serving of chicken. But is that 4oz the "full" chicken breast or the thin half cuts? I scanned the barcode of a package for the thin sized breasts and its throwing me off.

    4oz is 4oz no matter what way it's cut. You'll need to weigh it to get an accurate meaurement. Be aware that the calories in raw vs cooked chicken breast will vary greatly
