Hello guys, need some advice

12 WEEKS PLAN

My plan is the following: monday through friday 30 to 45 minutes of cardio in the morning and 30 to 45 minutes of circuit training training at night.

I will be eating enough protein, carbs and fat, actually im following a good nutrition plan.

My goal is to cut FAT and WEIGHT!

    As for plans, Why not pick up Strong Lifts 5x5? its a 3x/week lifting plan that lasts 12 weeks.

    Also if you are doing any serious amount of lifting, and you are not used to lifting, do your body a favor and rest every other day. It will help you to prevent injury and give your muscles the time they need to repair.

    First check your caloric deficit and according to that try to take your strategic balanced diet plan including with green leaf, proteins etc.

    You may want to consider strength training m-w-f mornings, cardio t-th mornings, and circuit training at night maybe 4-5 days per week. I think strength training will do you better than 5 cardio sessions. You'll get your cardio during the circuits if you push hard.
