Topic: Why does MFP calculate calories burned and weekly avg. calories based on "Goal Calories" and not TDEE ??
My TDEE is 2500-2600.
My goal calories are 1900-2000
When I eat 1600 , MFP shows I burned 400 calories , and not 1000 calories :noway:
It does the same for calculating weekly average.
I am confused. :frown:
