What is your suggested Calorie Intake?

Just wondering what your suggested Calorie intakes are and how they vary?
Mine is 1960 per day, no exercise, light work duties. I am currently 180.5 and aiming to loose approx 1 stone (14 lbs), then, see where I go from there. Im 5"10.
I put no exercise, because that way I dont have to tie myself down, as I have a very busy life, and not much time. At the minute im trying to do the 100 pressup challenge app (builds you up to being able to do 100 press ups), and can feel the difference already in my shoulders and stomach.
I also put down light work duties, although I am on my feet 12 hours a day and work quite hard, thought it would push me a little harder!!

smile: : You can do it your way, just remember need to get heart rate up to help with calorie burn. Whats your fitness activity level on MFP set at? [should be very active] this will help you determine amount of calories.[because it does it for you].
Might want to read my blog written by a expert on calories & exercise calories you should eat![very informative]

Mine's is 1,400. I plan to do at least two 60minute workouts per week0
