Using the recipe calculator
I was going to check out that recipe calculator and was wondering, how do you know how many people your recipes serves and the serving size....for instance, whenever my wife makes homemade tuna noodle casserole, she would use the little square baking dish, I believe its the 8x8....and I know its overboard but when she serves me and her, she would give me 1/2 and she takes the other 1/2......she never measured it. And I'd like to change that habit and help her, so that she can make it again but in healthier portions....can someone help me?

Well, right now you can put in 2 since you each have half and that would show you how many calories, but if you want to cut it down then you could say it served 4. That would be cutting your portions in half. You can also play around with it to see how many servings you would need to have to get the calories where you think they should be.0
