Variations on squats for lower body routine

Can anyone recommend some exercises for me to incorporate into my lower body weights routine?
I'm currently doing single leg lunges, goblet squats, barbell squats and using the leg curl and leg extension machines.
I go as heavy as I can for three sets of 12 reps for each exercise, and do the workout once a week.
I feel like I want to add more squats, I really want to lift my butt!
I tried another variation of a goblet squat with plie squat legs but it almost felt too easy, like a bit of a cheat! I suppose a heavier dumbell might make it more challenging, but wondered if anyone had any other ideas?
