So, after 4 weeks on MFP, I finally unrolled my measuring tape after I got home tonight (which is why I'm posting so late). And here are the results:
1/2 inch from each thigh! (23 to 22.5)
1/2 inch from my waist (26 to 25.5)
1/2 inch to my hips (37.5 to 38)
I don't really mind the gained half-inch because I think that running is building up my glutes in a good way - remember "buns of steel"? Well, that's what I'm talking about...
And to that end it's time to sleep so I can run in the morning. G'night! :yawn:
