Leg Day

What are your routines for leg day? What exercises, sets, number of reps, frequency are you training at?

Looking to change things up and maybe making the switch to barbells. I'm currently doing:

Goblet squats: 20lb 15 reps x3-4
Dumbbell lunges: Two 20lb 20 reps x3-4
Calf Raises Two 30lb 25 reps x4
Advanced Sumo Squats: 20lb 10 reps x4
Stiff Leg Deadlift Two 20lb 12 reps x4
Side Bend 20lb 15 reps x4

Sometimes throw in a back extension or kettle ball swing if energy is there. What is your leg day routine?
