cardio excercises

I am at a loss on what cardio exercises I can do. I do not have a gym membership and only have the basic hand weights at home and a gym ball.

My issue is that I have feet issues and shin splints so things like running/jogging and anything with jumping (jumping jacks/jump squats) are out of the picture. I also can't do exercises that require me to put too much weight on the ball of my feet (like pushups/planks).

I can walk, and do, but find that once I get to a certain point in fitness, I can never go any further because I can only walk so fast.

Any idea of aerobic exercises that I can do at home with minimal equipment and minimal impact?

What is causing your foot issues? Improper shoes?

Cycling would be a good option, if you have a bike.

cycling, swimming (if you have access to water), zumba or other such dvd that requires dancing, weight training (lots can be done at home with hand weights or kettlebells...u tube it and you'll be amazed)
