Just joined Tone It Up & looking for meal ideas

I got back on the TIU nutrition plan! I will do some meal prep on the weekends, but I need ideas for some grab and go type things, especially for Meals 2-4. I'm going to try and follow the M5 rules, but its a little difficult, because I cook for me and my husband- and I know he'll still want some of his old favorites. Anyways, any quick and easy go-to meal ideas would be excellent! Thanks!
