Hey All!
Is anyone setting Q4 goals? I'm freshly back on MFP and making some major life changes - i recently left a second job because it was too toxic and despite losing that income, i'm motivated to use this time for me and my life. I figured one way I could get myself up and runnin' again (not literally, not yet) was to set some short-term goals for myself. A few things I can focus on for the next few months, the hardest months of the year for me, to keep me going. My goals are:
1) To work out at least 3 days a week for at least 45 minutes each time.
2) Eat take-out or delivery or fastfood only 2 nights per week and therefore go grocery shopping more regularly.
3) Get away from my office for lunch at least 3 days per week.
If i can achieve those three things in addition to what i'm already doing such as logging my food each day and staying under my calorie goal, I will be off and rollin'!
What are YOUR goals?

Awesome thread, I've been planning for this last quarter as well. It's going to be a tough one.
1. No Starbucks. I was going every day, sometimes twice a day. Time to save money and calories. I'm going to start brewing coffee at home again and making better decisions for breakfast.
2. 30 minutes at the gym before work, at least 3 days a week. Start small and increase in Nov and Dec.
3. Start practicing yoga again, at least 2 days a week.0
