This is one version of it. They are all basically the same, with a tweak or two here and there. I'm not going to do it, I'm just curious about your thoughts, simply because I have seen so many variations in so many places. The soup reminds me of the "cat soup" my dad used to swear by. Cat being short for catabolic (you know, the idea that certain veggies are negative calories because the burn more in digestion than they contain). Still not sure about that personally ;-)

My sister used to try one of the soup diets as her "jumpstart" into losing weight every so often. It made her grumpy and irritable and ready to cut someone by day 4. She usually gave it up around day 5 or 6, had a cheat day, went back to eating normally, and never learned a d*mn thin about how to lose weight or keep it off until she got pregnant and had to start monitoring her blood sugar.0

Oh you mean the 'how to lose 10 pounds of water weight in 7 days and gain it all back a week later' plan?0

I'm glad you're not going to attempt one of these 7 day diets.
My opinion on it: it's a quick "fix" that everyone is looking for, but it teaches you nothing about eating so you end up in a perpetual 7 day diet/eat normal/7 day diet cycle. Until you decide enough is enough and actually learn the lifestyle change side of things.0
