    I thought this was a typo. That sounds really interesting. The combination of beets and sriracha... I'm not sure. Though I thought I would hate black bean burgers, and they ended up being quite delicious.

    ooh, cool! i'm vegan so i'll definitely try to give these a try :) i'll just substitute the egg w/ silken tofu.
