Hey all. Jeff from California. Started using MFP about 6 weeks ago. Lost about 20 pounds in the first 3 weeks, then gained a little back last weekend. Trying to crack down on myself. Started at 255, currently at 235. Goal is 215 for now. Just saying hello!

    Knock it out of the park Jeff! Start looking at the desk top site and study the graphs and charts. When I started looking at the data it showed me places I was hurting my progress. It also allowed me to change things to see what would happen. I found that if I ate consistently closer to my deficit number I actually lost more weight then when I went way under. I also could see how well the added cardio (running) helped. Good luck!
