Brick Wall. Need some encouragement

I tried diet on my own. No luck
I tried exercise on my own. No luck
I tried MFP on my own. No luck.
Saw weight loss professional, had a metabolic panel done and went on a diet of her protocol and added phentermine.
13 pounds gone.
Then, brick wall.
I am not cheating on anything. I;m eating on average less than 50g of carbs a day (we cut way down due to my blood panel, which suggests celiac. Will test for that this month.) some days as low as 7g of carbs. I'm hitting my protien goals, vitamin goals, fat goals, everything. I'm rarely even tempted to cheat. I'm often cooking two meals at a time. One for me, and one for everyone else in my family. And honestly, I don't mind the change.
I'm running like a fugitive. Sometimes 6 miles a day. And I love it.
I'm doing serious strength training. And I love it.
But my input of work is not matching my output of results. And no, I'm not losing inches at this point either.
I have cried.
I have cussed.
I feel like just quitting and eating an entire carton of ice cream and a whole cake.
I want to drink alcohol.
I'd love a heaping pile of pasta.
And damnit, I want some McDonald's french fries.
Because really, it seems I'm doomed to be fat forever. No matter how hard I work at this.
I don't want to hear low carb critics.
I dont want to hear starvation theorists. (as a former anorexic, I know where that line is. It's so far beyond where most people are, the theory has been debunked) The diet is monitored by a doctor, so I know neither of those are the culprit.
And I'm not interested in phentermine critics either. To each their own.
But I would like a warm hug from anyone else who has ever felt this way.
Anyone who has ever done everything right, and had nothing work.
Anyone who has ever just felt lost and hopeless...
Thanks for listening to my whining.

I'm so sorry you're having a frustrating time. I have no words of wisdom for you, but talk to your doctor and nutritionist. Changes take time, and often the original plan needs to be tweaked several times before it works. Make sure they understand your workouts because you do have to have enough fuel to sustain them. Hang in there!0
