My Elliptical is kicking my butt in 5 minutes.

I am just getting back on track since having a baby 8 weeks ago. I'm not going to lie, I was rather lazy while pregnant. Today I got on the elliptical and had my butt kicked and was winded in 5 minutes!!!! OH MY GOSHHHHH. That's embarrassing.... does anyone have tips on how to get back on track?? I know just keep at it but is there anything specific?

    Go easy on yourself- 8 weeks post baby is still early days. If you did 5 minutes today, that's brilliant. Try for 6 minutes tomorrow and slowly build up. Lower the intensity to be able to keep going longer. Try intervals- one minute hard, two minutes easy to give a longer workout. Relax and enjoy your new baby :)
