Im sure this question has already been asked here but....
Ladies has anyone had any success with under arm fat or brat fat exersizes? I had a stroke a few years ago in my early 30's and I seem to have either extra fat or skin there. Im hoping its not from the stroke which can affect your muscles.
Any advice is welcome.
Thanks!

Your muscles have very little to do with the fat covering them. So your stroke has no bearing on it. Lose body fat, and you'll reduce fat everywhere, including upper back and under the arms.0
