[request] remove Potassium as an option

ALL Potassium levels are listed incorrectly on this site. 99% of all foods have Potassium, but for some reason it's marked as zero on this site for all those items.
Kidney Failure / Dialysis patients must go on a low Potassium diet -- so this kind of misinformation can literally get them killed. The best thing to do is to remove Potassium from the site completely rather than getting someone killed.

Well AFAIK most labels will have to have potassium information in the near future.0

Most of the foods in the database are user added and because very few food labels actually show the potassium level, they are left blank by neccesity.
I'd like to say that someone who needs to be on a low potassium diet ought to be a little more carful than relying on a user generated site, but for varying reasons, that's often not going to be the case, so I kind of take the point.0
