NSV I got called an "ant" at work

I work at a zoo and frequently have to lift and carry heavy things. My co worker mentioned that I was like an ant because I'm "tiny, but can lift 50 times my weight". I have been strength training for almost a year because I'm only 4'11" and my previous regimen of cardio only exercise left me skinny but embarrassingly weak. I feel proud that my hard work has been noticed. I weigh more than when I only ran for exercise, but even though I'm heavier now I am so much happier with how my body looks and functions.

Have any of you had similar experiences?

Awesome! Haha I agree it's a bit of a weird compliment but probably more normal for people working around animals. I love weight training and having functional arms! I like bringing the groceries up the stairs to our apartment in one trip! I'll never be an ant at 5'8"ish but I could be a carriage donkey one day lol.
