Nutrition Facts for Chobani Greek Yogurt

Does anyone know what the nutritional content of Chobani Greek Yogurt is if you do not eat the fruit on the bottom? I am not looking for exact numbers, but it would be nice to know the average calories, carbs, sugar and protein if you eat everything except the fruit on the bottom.

Nutrition Facts with fruit on bottom (Strawberry)
Sodium 65mg (3%)
Carbs 21g (7%)
Fiber <1g (2%)
Sugars 18g (I'm assuming this number should drastically decrease without fruit)
Proteing 13g (26%)

Cheers,
David

    But...the fruits the best part!!

I would assume you figure out what the yogurt part is (vanilla or plain, some companies use either of those, have to read the ingredients on the back. )You'd then take a bowl on a digital scale, zero it out. ..scoop out all the yogurt part into the bowl. Whatever grams amount you get from that is the number you input. ..seems easier to just eat the whole thing...

As the previous poster said, weigh the non-fruit portion and log as either plain chobani 0% or 2% depending on which is used. May I suggest that you'd get better value for money buying the plain small tubs or even better buying a 1kg tub and portioning yourself
