    It's her boon and her bane. It is her prison and her salvation. They are symbiotic. She may long escape, but is ever drawn to its environs. And we, its denizens, know we cannot survive without her.

    Much of the time she's alone. Planning. Waiting. Watching. And, among us she's capable of hiding herself, appearing to fit in. To most she appears normal. The most observant, however might note a difference.

    And to the unlucky few who mean her city harm, she reveals herself.
