Today is my one month anniversary in the gym (after a 15 year absence). Here's the progress report:

Weight Loss: 6 lbs
Body Mass Index: -1 %
Resting Heart Rate Improved - Blood Pressure Improved (alot)

Goal for second month:
Weight Loss: 5 lbs
Come off all Blood Pressure Meds completely
Body Mass Index: better still...

Final Destination:
Weight: 150 lbs
BMI: 25%
