this looks this a great place and im glad i found it! i need to lose 3 stone in total and i was doing slimming world at the end of last year but stopped for some reason in november after losing 1 stone (think it was all the bad weather lol) and as i result ive put half a stone back on:( anyway i thought id shake things up again by trying to calorie count so......here i am :)

    im not sure what 3 stone is, but this is a great place to start:) there is lots of suport on here, so if you need a friend and some help, i am here for you. good luck on your weight loss and fitness goals.

    HI Im new to this site. I have decided Im tired of carrying post baby fat still after seven years. lol. I love all the tools on this site. I think it will be useful for helping me reach my goal weight.
