Hi all! I am ready to push on towards the last 50 lbs that have been eluding me! I have previously lost 90 lbs and kept 70 of them off! Even after having my son. I have taken a few years to just maintain and now I am ready to push off the last 50! I travel for work a lot and find life on the road tempting! Lots of eating food that I have not prepared, obviously. Airport meals, meals on wheels (while driving) and long days have made for a hurdle. Just needing to have accountability and this seems like a good start! :) Best of luck to us all!

If you're driving find local grocery stores and get fresh food for the day and then stick with the grilled meat, veggies and fresh salads at restaurants. If you are going deep and rural it can be very challenging to find restaurants that offer fresh food so planning is the key. I sometime create entire meals and check them with my luggage in a small cooler and then ice them when I get to the hotel, depends on length of flight. I always bring fruit with me regardless of my mode of transportation.
