Time to drop my last few pounds!!

Hey everyone,

My girlfriend encouraged me to join this site and I did yesterday. Over the last few years I have lost close to 50 lbs with a few lbs coming and going but now I want to drop another few lbs and my biggest thing is to maintain my weight. Once I drop my 25 lbs and can maintain I want to treat myself to a trip to Hawaii. Any encouragement would be great! I have learned a lot over the years on how to eat and exercise but I drop a few pounds stay steady then fall off. These last few pounds will be the hardest but I need to do it and look good for when I hit my 30's next year!!!

    I'm aiming for my 30's as well! My goal is pretty ambitious - to drop 30% of my weight by the time I'm 30. That's 77 pounds, but still puts me "overweight" according to my ideal weight. However, it would be the thinnest/fittest I've been since High School - so I still think it's a good goal. Good luck - we CAN do this!
