Hi there I did ripped in 30 and now started with killer abs
Haven't really seen much of a difference yet
I try to eat clean am a vegetarian and don't even consume alcohol
Has anyone notice any difference with jiliians DVDs
And how long should it normally take to see results
I am not looking at loosing weight just the abdominal area like most of the women I guess love handles

Probably burns around the same number of calories as Ripped, so you can expect about the same results.
If you're not currently following a full-body strength program, using heavy weight, that's what i would suggest.0 -
You can't spot reduce, so if you want to see your abs or at least narrow your stomach area, your main thing should be to lose fat. If you don't have much weight that you want to lose, eat at a slight deficit and use some resistance training.
Here's a great post:

If the first video didn't get you "ripped in 30," this should guide you thinking as to how likely the second video is to give you "killer abs."0
