How accurate are scales that measure body fat?

My weight watchers scales say I am 14% body fat, which is ridiculous. I'd have thought WW would be pretty reliable, just wondering how accurate/off they are usually?

Not sure ...google it but they all differ....if u really want a clear idea.....I would recommend a dexa scan which is pretty cheap...in my city costs as low as $50....dexa scan will show exactly how much fat...how much muscle u have0

Not accurate at all, scales can only measure your weight and not an accurate body fat percentage so don't waste your time fiddling with it :-)
