I baked these amazing flourless PB cookies
yesterday. they were goooood. My brother
finished them before my fiancé could have any.
So I baked another batch today for him and I
used 1 cup all natural PB, 3tbs sugar ( this is half
of what I used yesterday), 1 medium egg, 1/2 tsp
of salt, 1/4 tsp of chilli powder. Mix all
ingredients properly. preheat oven to 350. I used
a teaspoon to scoop mixture unto a baking sheet.
using a fork, make a crisscross shape on cookies
and bake for about 10mins or until the edges turn
brown. let cool and enjoy.

I've had these! A friend makes them and sells them at a local farmers market as gluten free, because they are.

Thanks for sharing. commenting to save for later.

Thanks for sharing. Were the ones with half the sugar still really good?

I've seen similar recipes before, but I've never tried it. Most recipes call for a cup of sugar - you've used a lot less (which is a good thing) but do they still have a sweet taste? Would non dieters like them?
Can you taste the chili? You should totally post a pic soon. Thanks for sharing the recipe :)

Now these I might try...thanks :) I opened this thread thinking it might be the "flour less PB cookies" that take a cup of PB, 1/2c sugar (EEK), and an egg. I've read a number of places on the net that that recipe is gluten free and healthy. Well to me adding a 1/2 c sugar to a dozen cookies...not so much.

Your recipe on the other hand that sounds tasty and nothing is excessive.

    :drinker:

I swear the ones with half the sugar were better...no overly sweet.
