Fitness plan

I am currently looking for a fitness routine for at the gym. I'm looking for things involving cardio and weight machines.
Looking to lose weight and tone up.

Does anybody have any good routines that have worked for them?

    If your gym offers personal training I suggest making an appointment with them to go over what you're wanting so you can have one custom tailored to what you need. My trainer at Plant Fitness (which they offer for free with the black card membership) has me on 3 days of strength training in a 30 minute circuit and 3 days of cardio. Pretty much the same thing my old trainer had me on when I worked out for several years before life got in the way. Good luck!!

    I second this. They have so many great plans in here, you can just about anything you want. I would highly recommend checking this out. A ton of them also include diet guidance and guides on how to perform every different lift with proper form.
