Sore/injured hip , what kind of exercise?

Hi all, I did my squats improperly yesterday (apparently) because my hip and the muscle connected to the hip in the front of my leg. Not sure what kind of exercise I should do today that won't exacerbate it. Biking?? I think swimming would not work because of kicking, and jogging is definitely out... Thanks for your help!

    The recumbent bike is what I was able to do when I was coming back from my hip injury. Don't do a huge resistance, or even take a day of rest. If it's still bothering you after a couple days I would check in with your doctor to make sure it's nothing serious
