Life After German Volume Training ??

Hey folks
Anybody ever used German Volume Training - I'm now at week 10 and its literally worked wonders for me, feeling stronger, lifting PB's are up and of course its got me so much leaner than when I started but I'm fast approaching the end of the 12 week cycle and wondered what you guys/gals did next?
I've been following the one from Bodybuilding.com and its worked a treat but I need some ideas on what to do next.. I started with the Smolov Squatting programme and was gonna do that for both squatting and deadlifts but I'm thinking I need something else.
I currently do :
GVT Day 1 - Chest & Back plus Spin
GVT Day 2 - Legs plus Spin
GVT Day 3 - Rest - so kettlebell circuit and Run
GVT Day 4 - Arms & Shoulders plus spin/run
GVT Day 5 - Rest - light walking /swim
GVT Day 6 - Squats, Abs, Circuit
I've lost 148 lbs now since last April so its time for me to get leaner and drop the body fat % ... Any suggestions welcome and and similar minded folks feel free to add me!!

This is what I started out as ..
and this is after only 8 weeks doing GVT Training
so you can see it works0 -

Were you able to get through 10 sets of everything from the start?0

yes but on lower weights than i'm at now, i built up gradually0
